  2. I’m so happy that I not only know what Lapsang Souchong is… I have some! We bought some for a Heidi Swanson recipe (a spring roll type thing with tofu and a mango chutney dipping sauce) and I drink it all the time now! On to vodka jelly!

  3. I see you haven’t completely ruled out roadkill…

    I’ve done the entire list except for fugu and the three-star Michelin tasting menu (I’ve only been to a handful of Michelin-starred places)
